Kisima Trust is a Kenyan based charity founded in 2015 by Nathan Kutete and Vladimir Debnar.
The roots of this project lie in a friendship between two friends who met for the first time in 2010 when Vladimir visited the village of Rafiki in Kenya. Vladimir was in Kenya visiting pastor friends who have been working out in Kenya for the last 10 years.
Both Nathan and Vladimir hold to a belief that poverty, suffering, hardship and illness are not final. We can help! We can lift others out from such situations!
Vladimir was so moved to try to find ways to help and support the Kenyan people, specifically the people of Rafiki. Upon Vladimir's return to the United Kingdom he completed a Masters degree in International Development. During this time Nathan was undertaking various projects helping to support his local community. They then decided together register the charity Kisima Trust officially in 2015.
